If you are not satisfied with your non- perishable product(s) you have 14 days to return them back to us in good condition. If the item(s) that you ordered are perishable or food they are not eligible for a return UNLESS at fault of Homestyle Kitch'n. If at fault of the shipping carrier a claim has to be filed on the customers behalf for a replacement. If this is the case please take pictures and send an email to hello@homestylekitchn.com with your order number and date of purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
